Globalink supports free softphones which are a software application that simulates a phone and allows you to talk from anywhere you connect to the Internet with a headset.  You can make a call, receive a call, and pick up your voicemails too.

Note: Calls to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands are charged at normal rates and require LD credit. Calls to mobile phones and other countries are charged our standard 
International mobile carriers will charge the caller for any error messages. These types of charges will be deducted from your account at the end of each call.
